The
Early Years
Matt
Taylor studied architecture with Frank Lloyd Wright. His passion for architecture,
design, and construction has framed both the processes used in Management
and Navigation CenterTM facilities and
in DesignShopTM events and the distinctive
physical environments in which those processes thrive.
Gail Taylor earned national recognition for starting the Learning Exchange,
an innovative education program in Kansas City that has sparked creativity
among its clients for more than twenty years. Her passion for true
education and her belief in the collaborative process and group genius
form the cornerstone of the knowledge-rich Taylor processes.
A
cornerstone of theTaylor Processes is the 7 DomainsTM
Model. Throught extensive work with clients, the Taylors have proved
that if they manage the 7 Domains--Body of Knowledge, Work Process Facilitation,
Education, Environment and Tooling, Technical Systems, Project Management,
and Venture Management--the people within the system will demonstrate the
group genius necessary to bring the startling results for which their DesignShopTM
events are known.
