Through the iterations of their design, several stages have become apparent. First, in May 1999 they used a loaner environment to get up and running with knowledge workers from the MG Taylor network helping to train new staff and open new ideas of transition management. Then, a small project-oriented environment arrived in early July. Under construction is a large environment which will be the permanent Learning Center.
